Return Window & Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A non-personalized item, or an item that arrived damaged/incorrect (see below).
Because our products include personalized gifts and unique handmade gifts online created by student artisans, returns are generally not accepted for:
Customized or personalized gifts (unless the item was damaged or the customization error was ours).
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Returns requested after the 7-day window.
What Can Be Returned
We fully cover and guarantee items with the following issues:
Wrong product sent (e.g., wrong size gifts for men or color).
Damaged or defective item on arrival.
Quality not as described (with proof).
Non-personalized items (in unused condition).
How to Return Your Unique Gift

or use our contact form with your order number and issue. Mention the specific unique gift idea you need assistance with.
Send Photos: For damaged/incorrect personalized gifts, please attach clear photos so we can process your claim faster.
Return Pickup/Instructions: We’ll arrange a pickup (where available) or guide you on how to ship the item back to us.
Refunds or Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
You’ll get a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. OR
A replacement (e.g., a new, corrected personalized gift) will be shipped at no extra cost, depending on your preference and product availability.
Important Notes on Gifts That Support Students
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will only be processed once the product is received and approved by our team.
